Peel Off Piles

  • A peel-off pile will automatically be made when a minimum of 20 containers from the same vessel and same size (20x40’s, 20x45’s, etc.) for the same trucker.
  • Requests for Peel Off exclusion must be submitted to the terminal 48 hours prior to vessel start or Friday 10:00 a.m. for vessels starting Sundays and Mondays.
  • Trucker SCAC code must be assigned to containers 48 hours prior to vessel arrival.
  • Note: certain SSL’s will require truckers/shippers to contact them to assign trucker SCAC into our system.
  • We request that drivers have a sign posted on their front truck window to specify which customer they are picking up for. Example: TGT, WMT, IKEA, HD, GE & ETC. This will help to expedite delivery.
  • Containers will move out in the order they are stacked.
  • Containers must move off dock within 3 working days of 1st availability.

Chassis:

No Chassis are available at Terminal 5, please secure a chassis before arriving.

 

Empties:

All empty containers returning to Terminal 5 MUST have valid Empty Drop Appointment BEFORE the truck arrives at the terminal.
